This position will be the lead for the Enhanced Repair Capability (ERC) Localization Program supporting the Global Patriot Deployment, Fielding, and Sustainment (DFS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) effort in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This lead position will regularly interact with the IPT, In-country suppliers, Program Management Office (PMO), and key customer leadership to successfully execute the ERC program. You will be responsible for executing the program responsibilities directly on a Royal Saudi Air Defense Force (RSADF) military base, via a subcontract to a local KSA company. The ERC program will provide test equipment, technical documentation, training and operation to perform diagnostics and repair for a number of Patriot line replaceable units (LRU). This position will start as a CONUS position, based out of Andover, MA, and will transition to a full time OCONUS position based in Jeddah, KSA.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Coordination of a team of Raytheon EXPATS and local KSA nationals to execute the ERC program
Direct coordination with local KSA industrial partner to perform daily ERC activities
Maintain open and frequent communication with DFS program leadership CONUS
Regular coordination through local Raytheon and RSADF leadership to achieve program milestones
Ensure project execution with all applicable export and import laws and regulations
Understanding of and ability to discuss technical data surrounding LRU repair, SRUs, government furnished equipment and test stations
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in troubleshoot and repair of advanced electronic devices
Experience with advances test station operation and maintenance
Experience in program planning, budgeting, staffing and tracking to cost and schedule
Experience leading a cross-functional team
Elevated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, general proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Excellent communication skills
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and application of Logistics principles
Detailed oriented with ability to detect anomalies within execution streams
Patriot System product knowledge experience
Experience in training others in electronics operation and maintenance
Experience in operations and operations management
Program Management or Integrated Product Team experience
Experience managing through organizational change and rapid growth
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements
Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team, inspiring confidence in others
Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and collaboration
Required Education:
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 6 years of experience is required
4+ years of experience in logistics, depot, or engineering lab environment and/or equivalent business experience
