Job Description

You will be responsible for the efficent running of the department in line with Global Hyatt's Corporate Strategies and Brand Standards, whilst meeting colleague, guest, owner, supplier, vendor and community members expectations.


You will be required to act as a Sales specialist and be responsible to assist the Events/Catering and related revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with the agreed and set targets. To report to the Direcotor of Sales and Marketing and Events, to ensure the Banquet Events Order are sent out on time and in an orderly manner, weekly forecast meeting is taking place together with Operations and also leads and business is being brought into the Hotel and Events area.



Minimum 2 years working experience as a Sales Executive in a luxury brand international hotel.


Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge.


Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).


Able to work in Delphi, Reserve, PRIO (Hyatt Events and Rooms Related Systems). This will be a plus.


Good command of English language. Arabic will be an asset and plus.


Previous Hotel experience is a must.
