Job Context: Working as an Executive Assistant entails providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, managing administrative paperwork, coordinating schedules, and occasionally handling private matters.
Key Accountabilities- Manage all administrative paperwork and ensure timely processing using relevant tools and systems.
- Coordinate and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize necessary documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and other special functions.
- Serve as a point of contact between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum 5 years of proven experience in providing high-level executive support or similar administrative roles.
- Fluency in Englishis essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, calendar management tools).
- Flexibility to handle occasional private matters of an administrative nature.
