Job Context: Working as an Executive Assistant entails providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, managing administrative paperwork, coordinating schedules, and occasionally handling private matters.


Key Accountabilities
  • Manage all administrative paperwork and ensure timely processing using relevant tools and systems.
  • Coordinate and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize necessary documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and other special functions.
  • Serve as a point of contact between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum 5 years of proven experience in providing high-level executive support or similar administrative roles.
  • Fluency in Englishis essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, calendar management tools).
  • Flexibility to handle occasional private matters of an administrative nature.
