Finance Controller - Pump Manufacturing / Oil and Gas - Saudi Arabia

They specialize in energy-efficient technologies such as pumping, mixing, and separation, tailored specifically for the industry.
Key Accountabilities
- Mentor, direct, motivate, supervise, and monitor the finance team to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement finance strategies that align with corporate needs and departmental KPIs.
- Provide recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
- Oversee Compliance and Internal Control System (ICS).
- Partner with the Sales organization to support business growth.
- Conduct Financial Due Diligence Reviews and review contracts.
- Ensure tight project control, including profitability and risk analysis.
- Analyze financial results, identifying deviations from plans, and recommend solutions.
- Support management and other departments with relevant financial information.
- Prepare, monitor, and control CAPEX expenditure.
- Coordinate with departments and suppliers to resolve financial queries.
- Conduct monthly finance meetings and prepare VAT returns.
- Work closely with Operations, attending project and operational meetings.
- Ensure monthly and annual financial tasks are completed in line with headquarters' deadlines.
- Prepare financial statements and liaise with auditors.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- A minimum of5-7 years of relevant experience in finance management roles.
- Professional certification (CA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent) is required.
- Experience with SAP and advanced Excelskills are a must.
- Treasury Management and SAP implementation experience would be an advantage.
- Demonstrate commitment to quality, health, safety, and the environment.
