Role: Finance Manager, KSA
Office Location: Riyadh, KSA
Reporting Line: Head of Finance Operations
Requirements & Personal Attributes:
- Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years’ experience at a similar level managing.
- Must be able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of current accounting and tax standards.
- Must be self-motivated, have a high attention to detail, possess exceptional excel skills and have an inclusive and determined approach to getting things done.
- Highly analytical; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions and demonstrated experience managing projects from start to close.
Primary Job Purpose:
- To oversee day-to-day finance function, business partnering with KSA Partners on Financial activities as well as keeping them informed on Financial KPIs
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing day to day Finance operations of KSA Offices.
- Responsible for year-end audits across the KSA including consolidation of KSA results in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP (if applicable).
- Coordinating with Firm Auditors for setting the audit schedule, preparation of audit working files and reconciliations.
- Liaison with firm tax consultants on various tax requirements across the KSA and have a good knowledge of tax regulations including VAT and WHT.
- Ensuring all month end processes and journals are complete, accurate and reconciled for KSA Offices.
- Act as Finance lead in KSA and collaborate with the Head of Finance Operations in achieving business and operational objectives by driving both long and short-term initiatives.
- Monitoring financials parameters such as WIP and AR, ensuring good financial hygiene is followed in KSA.
- Analysing KSA-wide Regional Office production reports and working with Head of Finance Operations on area of improvement.
- Monitoring KSA-wide client disbursement requests and ensuring compliance as per the approval matrix and ensuring most appropriate payment channel is observed.
- Work closely with Central Cash & Treasury team on cash flow management for operating and client funds.
- Managing all banking requirements and ensuring all controls are in place to support cash management.
- Coordinating with bank as required for necessary facilities and advancement.
- Verifying and ensuring accuracy of KSA-wide Payroll in accordance with internal policies and KSA Labor Law.
- Preparing files for Payroll Wage Protection System in accordance KSA Labor Law and ensuring accuracy of Final Settlement of Leaving Employees.
- Analysing and reconciling KSA-GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) files and submitting reports to HR Department.
- Preparation, Verification and Submission of With Holding Tax (WHT) Report, Value Added Tax (VAT), Audit and Transfer Pricing document to KSA General Authority of Zakat and Income Tax (GAZIT).
