Job Summary:

The Finance Manager in a real estate setting is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategy within the organization. This individual will manage financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting specific to real estate investments, development projects, and property management. The role requires a deep understanding of real estate markets, property valuation, and financial modeling to support decision-making, optimize asset performance, and drive growth. The Finance Manager will work closely with the senior management team, providing insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and strategic positioning in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, focusing on real estate investments, developments, and operational activities.
• Develop financial strategies that align with the company's real estate portfolio goals, optimizing performance and growth.
• Prepare and manage budgets for real estate projects, including acquisitions, developments, and property improvements.
• Conduct financial forecasting for properties, considering market trends, occupancy rates, rental income, and operating expenses.
• Perform detailed financial analysis on real estate investments, including cash flow analysis, profitability analysis, and return on investment (ROI) evaluations.
• Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and enhance financial flexibility across the real estate portfolio.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and financial modeling to assess potential returns and risks.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards specific to the real estate industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, property management, and marketing, to achieve financial and operational objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Master's degree in accounting, finance.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7+ years of financial management experience, with specific expertise in real estate finance.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, financial modeling, and investment analysis techniques.
• Proficient in financial ERP software and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with real estate management software is a plus.
