Description
JASARA PMC, a leading program management company in Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking a Governance Risk Compliance Director to join our dynamic team. As the Governance Risk Compliance Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing our governance, risk, and compliance framework to ensure adherence to regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company's governance, risk, and compliance strategy and framework. Identify and assess potential risks related to governance and compliance and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as industry standards and best practices. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government entities, clients, and partners. Lead and facilitate risk assessments and compliance audits to identify areas for improvement. Create and deliver training programs on governance, risk, and compliance to employees. Manage and monitor the effectiveness of controls and processes to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure governance and compliance requirements are met. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to keep the company informed and compliant.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance management. Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, principles, and best practices. Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is highly desirable. Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Professional certifications in governance, risk, and compliance (e.g., CGRC, CCEP) are preferred.* Proficiency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
