 Job Description:

We are partnering with a distinguished EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Contracting) Group based in the GCC region. With a steadfast dedication to sustainable development, they've forged strong partnerships with the public sector to drive progress in the energy and infrastructure domains.
Currently, they're seeking a proficient Government Relations Officer to spearhead the administrative functions in their KSA office. Tasks include company registration renewals, legal document drafting, and liaising with governmental bodies.

Responsibilities:

1- Legal and Administrative Tasks


  • Renewing company's commercial registration, vehicle registration, and lease agreements.
  • Handling company formation and CR amendments, such as share transfers, activity changes, director changes, address changes, and liquidation processes.
  • Liaising with government relations officers (GRO) on all government-related matters, including CR issuances and amendments, and following up with relevant government bodies.
  • Drafting board resolutions, Memorandum of Association (MoA), and their subsequent amendments.
  • Filing necessary company documents.

2- Regulatory Compliance and Licensing:


  • Following up with government bodies for CR activity and other license renewals.
  • Managing the issuance, renewal, and transfer of employees' Residency Permits (RPs).

3- Business Partners and Vendor Coordination


  • Ensuring the information of companies registered with Aramco SAP Ariba is kept up to date.
  • Coordinating with insurance brokers for the renewal of insurance policies, including medical, car, and property.
  • Collaborating with IT suppliers regarding software and office equipment needs.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ Years of experience in government relations management. 
  • Strong written and spoken English Communication Skills.
  • Great relations with different governmental bodies.
  • Extensive experience in using Microsoft Office Products.
  • Extensive experience in drafting letters.
