Job DescriptionRole and Responsibilities

BASIC PURPOSE


The position is responsible for Managing the GPPRR system of Danaher OpCos like Beckman Coulter, Radiometer, Leica Biosystems, and Cepheid items to all MOH Hospitals – and the private, institution sector and collecting the successful reportable results. , ensuring paperwork completion, having Full awareness of the supply preparation process, following up on the stock in hospitals and having full awareness of managing the inventory, following up on the order of the reagents with the planner, and Building relationships with key staff in hospitals. Improve productivity and build a strong relationship with NUPCO.


Expected Travel and Time Management


Some Travel required approx. 50 %

Diagnostics: Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, Microbiology, IRIS, Molecular, point of care as well as Histopathology businesses.

Once the GPPRR award is received, the GPPRR supervisor should communicate with his team to do the following:


Instruments Order:
book the order of all instruments mentioned in the tender with all accessories and arrange with the sales and WITS management to avoid any missing items. Reagent’s order:


work with sales, planner, and CSR team to order the GPPRR reagents needed for installation and validation.


work with sales, planner, and CSR team to place SO and IR every month to cover the hospital consumption, and make sure that the hospital has enough reagents to cover at least two months' consumption.


Project plan:
 Follow up the project plan with the Sales, Service, and tender management teams, the plan should cover the delivery period of instruments and Reagents, site inspection, Lab renovation, etc…
Follow up on the GPPRR reports:
follow up with the customer to release the monthly GPPRR report, verify the quantities with the sales and application team, manage the invoices through Oracle, send them to the customer to get the final receipt, and archive them in a specific GPPRR file.
Reagents and consumables control:
visiting the Lab with the applications team to check with the end user the actual consumption of each test to compare it with the tender’s quantities to set the correct consumption to control the stocks and reagents orders to minimize the wastage risk.
Stock count, Weekly-Monthly:
make a weekly and monthly inventory of the quantities delivered to the customer and organize the refrigerator and stock according to the item's expiry (FIFO) to minimize wastage. Analysis:
Make a monthly analysis for the monthly GPPRR report results and for the monthly inventory in the form of tables and charts to evaluate projects and manage delivered QTY. Implement the deal in the oracle:
work with the IT department to implement the GPPRR project on the Oracle system. Oracle:
Has knowledge and familiarity with the Oracle R12 system.


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Admin-related environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools.
  • College degree and above.
  • Previous experience in managing GPPRR system and/or Tender business.
  • Robust understanding of the GPPRR process, from evaluation to award.
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work closely with different stakeholders.
  • He has a good relationship with Customers, and he can build a relationship with customers.
