The Head of Finance
is responsible for leading financial planning, risk management, and ensuring
the integrity of financial records and reporting. This role is pivotal in
supporting senior management with strategic and tactical insights related to
budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and financial forecasting. The
incumbent will independently oversee profit and loss activities, assess the
company's financial position, and manage cash flows within specified periods. A
key focus will be aligning financial strategy with Tharwah's broader goals,

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Must have more than 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.

- Producing and interpreting financial reports related to budgets, accounts payable and receivable, and expenses.
