On behalf of my client, we are looking for an HRBP to join
their team in Riyadh.
Job
Summary
Responsible for aligning human resources strategies and
initiatives with the overall business objectives of the organization. The HRBP
partners with leadership to develop and implement HR programs, policies, and
practices that support employee engagement, talent management, performance
management, and organizational effectiveness.Also provide support and consultation on employee relations,
organizational development, and change management. The HRBP plays a critical
role in driving the success of the organization by ensuring the alignment of HR
practices with business goals and fostering a positive and productive work
environment.
Responsibilities
- Makes
sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up official approvals
and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
- Accurately
prepare and process required legal documents like rent contract attestation in government
agencies such as Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber
of Commerce, and Municipality.
- When
the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Airport
Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities and other government Departments.
- Assist
in the on-boarding of new employees
- Execute
on the wet signature process for contracts, salary certificates, reference
letters and letters for Embassies/ visa application documents
- Create
and maintain individual employee files
- Offboarding
employees, collect signatures for immigration documents
- Manage/maintain
the various government portals, including the GAZT, MOL, GOSI and Muqeem
portals (act as GOSI/MOL contact for non-electronic services)
- Assist
with medical enrollments by reviewing employee submission, distribute health
cards
- Partner
with payroll to ensure timely registration of Saudi / GCC nationals with GOSI,
and register foreign nationals with GOSI (when needed)
- Approve
local payments from KSA entity (ie bank transactions)
- Act
as the point of contact for any Ministry of Labour or other official
inspections
- Ensure up to date with development on the
ground in Saudi Arabia in terms of any changes to immigration/ other relevant
policy and assist with making sure the company is compliant
Requirements- Minimum 3 Years of Experience in
Government Relations - GR
- Good knowledge in laws and
procedures related to MOL, MOFA, GOSI and other Government/ Ministries.
- Strong knowledge in KSA Iqama and
Visa procedures.
