As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the strategic and operational HR support of the Regional Headquarter of Robert Bosch entity and its subsidiaries in Saudi Arabia.
 
• Your tasks include the management and coordination of all HR processes and tasks in our locations
• You will proactively support the establishment of a new entity with HR related topics including the recruitment of the team members, defining and implementing HR policies aligned with the overall strategy
• On your own responsibility, you will be the HR contact for our employees and  leadership team in Saudi Arabia entities
• You will initiate and carry out HR projects such as career fairs, implementing an HR IT system, leadership trainings, coaching, etc.
• You can look forward to be a valued member of a diverse and dedicated team 

• Graduated university with major in economics, social sciences, psychology or a comparable subject
• Several years of strategic as well as operational experience in the field of human resource in Saudi Arabia 
• Intercultural competence, international experience as well as Saudi labor law knowledge is part of your skill set
• Communication skills enable you to build sustainable relationships and broad networks 
• Structured and at the same time solution-oriented way of working enables you to coordinate several topics at the same time and to act flexible
•  Self-driven in your daily work and willing to travel within the Middle East Region 
•  Very good written and spoken Arabic and English skills
