We are seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team, focusing on talent acquisition. As the HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in sourcing qualified candidates through various hiring platforms, meticulously filtering CVs, and conducting initial screenings via phone interviews.

Job Description:

Utilize hiring platforms and networks to actively source potential candidates. Implement effective search strategies to identify and attract top talent. Review and assess CVs to ensure alignment with job requirements. Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking, candidate pipeline management, and reporting. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions. Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. Ensure a positive candidate experience by timely and clear communication.

Internship Requirements

Fresh Graduates are welcome. Excellent English Speaker. Willing to learn. Strong proficiency in using hiring platforms and social networks for candidate sourcing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively use Microsoft Excel for data management.* Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
