    Job Description

    On behalf of our client a global FMCG organisation we are seeking a HR Specialist. The position will be based in their Riyadh Head Office. Reporting to the HR Director.

    Key Accountabilities

    Organisational Development • Study and understand company vision, mission, strategy, department and functions and the organisation principles in order to give feedback on any changes with organisation structure • Analyze the need to maintain, create, delete any functions within the organisation• Review, maintain and update the department functions and organization charts to meet organisation corporate strategy • Analyze the productivity and time spent on jobs and activities to estimate the workload to be handled by particular positions.

    Performance and Reward Management• Maintain the performance management system and coordinate corrective actions for employee development based on performance rating • Coordinate the annual bonus process and merit increase according to compensation and benefits framework

    Talent Management• Ensure the implementation of career development program for organisation Departments • Implement processes and procedures for all phases of talent management such as succession plans, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes, etc. • Develop communication materials to raise awareness about Organisations talent management practices and to ensure that they are utilized appropriately.



    • 2 to 4 years’ experience in a Human Capital Management role
    • Knowledge of Talent management methodologies
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferable
