Description

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a talented and motivated HSE Engineer to join our team. As an HSE Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement Investigating incidents and accidents, identifying root causes, and implementing preventive measures Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations Providing training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental practices Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental activities Staying updated on industry standards and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience as an HSE Engineer and in Steel Erection projects Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA will be highly regarded
