JASARA PMC is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated HSE Manager to lead the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental practices for all our projects. As an HSE Manager at JASARA PMC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our employees, contractors, and the communities we work in.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing comprehensive HSE policies and procedures in line with local and international standards. Ensuring compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement. Providing guidance and support to project teams to ensure HSE compliance throughout all project phases. Coordinating and conducting HSE training programs and campaigns. Investigating incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintaining accurate records and reports related to HSE performance and incidents.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction or civil engineering industry. In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices. Experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in conducting HSE inspections and audits. Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
