    Job Description

    General Description:

    As a member of the Raytheon Human Resources Team, this HR Administrator performs many administrative duties within the company's human resources department. Primary focus of the job is the in- and out-processing of employees, generation of various reports for the HR department and other department managers, maintenance of personnel records, and preparation/submission/tracking of payroll documents. Works in a fast-paced environment. Requires a very positive demeanor, responsiveness, and excellent English-language skills. Microsoft Excel skills are essential. An excellent opportunity.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Maintains employee personnel files
    - Records employee data in Excel database
    - Provides regular and on-request employee data reports
    - Coordinates new hire inprocessing
    - Coordinates employee outprocessing
    - Prepares and submits employee payroll documents
    - Administers achievement award program


    Required Skills:

    - Excellent English language skills (writing and speaking) Computer proficient:
    - Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
    - Proficient in MS Word and MS Outlook (or LotusNotes)
    - Positive, customer-oriented attitude
    - Organized
    - Attentive to detail
    - 2 years customer service experience
    - 2 years administrative experience

    Desired Skills:

    - Previous work with a US company
    - Proficient in LotusNotes email software
    - Human resources administration experience
    - Well-developed mathematical skills
