Are you prepared to steer the financial evolution of a prestigious educational institution in Riyadh? We are on the lookout for an exceptional individual to take the helm as the Investment Manager, overseeing the journey towards financial prosperity and sustainability.


As the Investment Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in shaping the institution's financial strategy and portfolio management practices. Your leadership will guide the institution in making strategic investment decisions that align with its mission and vision. You will lead a talented team in conducting thorough market analyses, identifying lucrative investment opportunities, and managing the investment portfolio with precision.


Key Accountabilities

The position involves:


  • Developing the appropriate investment plan for the company’s leading management objectives and the necessary changes.
  • Selecting the effective financial assets for investments among different assets based on market analysis and forecasts.
  • Implementing investment performance in periodic reports on elements, potential risks, and measures necessary to achieve goals. .
  • Conducting continuous analyses and of financial markets and competing companies to identify investment opportunities and assess risks.
  • Making informed decisions about buying and selling financial assets based on technical and fundamental analysis and the company's needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable financial and accounting legislation and regulations in the financial market.
  • Dealing with fluctuations in the financial markets and providing appropriate solutions to changing financial and economic challenges.
  • Providing advice to the CSO, CEO and the Board of Directors on investment policies and strategies capable of enhancing the company’s value to shareholders.
  • Building strong relationships with investment institutions, stock brokers, financial analysts, and other financial market individuals and institutions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for someone with:


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field (Master's degree or CFA is a plus).
  • Previous experience in financial investments and portfolio management, whether in the educational sector or in other sectors. Experience in equity analysis, risk management, and financial asset valuation is a plus.
  • A deep understanding of the educational industry and its challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed investment decisions based on the financial data and market forecasts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the executive management team and investors, including the ability to provide detailed and convincing reports on investment performance.
  • The ability to deal with challenges and fluctuations in the financial markets and apply appropriate strategies to control risks and achieve returns.
  • Experience in managing relationships with the Board of Directors and shareholders, and the ability to provide advice effectively based on investment insights.
