Job Description

Responsibility:


  • Provides hotel guests and colleagues with first-line technical support.
  • Assembles and configures network components and associated services.
  • Installs and tests the necessary software and hardware.
  • Establishes network users, user environments, directories, and security for networks being installed.
  • Installs, upgrades, and configures network printing, directory structures, rights, security, software, and file services.
  • Upgrades network hardware and software components as required.
  • Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
  • Responds to the needs and questions of users concerning their access to network resources.
  • Checking daily backups, all system interfaces, server hardware and logs.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
  • Documenting, archiving all correspondence, troubleshooting, and following up on suppliers’ visits and maintenance.
  • Ensures technology assets are secured.
  • Assists in disaster recovery and business continuity as it relates to technology.
  • Installs, monitors, and maintains telecommunications equipment, including cabling, and provides technical guidance as needed.
  • Performs adds/moves/changes/deletions.
  • Supports telephony infrastructure (IP PBX) and company mobile phones.
  • Troubleshoot high-speed Internet access problems.
  • Maintain an asset register for all IT assets.
  • Must be able to operate independently.

Requirements:


  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • 0–2 years of experience.
  • Flexibility in working hours: working on a rotating shift basis, Sunday to Thursday. Shift patterns will vary (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
  • Saudi National.
