IT Manager

1. Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project management.
3. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking systems.
4. Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
5. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry to drive innovation within the organization.
6. Ensure data security measures are in place and adhere to industry best practices.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that support their operations.
8. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate service level agreements.
9. Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
10. Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy aligned with business goals.
11. Manage the end-to-end platform lifecycle, from planning to implementation and ongoing maintenance.
12. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define platform features and functionalities.
13. Coordinate with development teams/Third parties to ensure timely delivery of platform enhancements and bug fixes.
14. Monitor platform performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
15. Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.
16. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
17. Lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams to drive efficiency and collaboration.
18. Manage vendor relationships for third-party tools or services integrated into the platform.
19. Manage cloud provider to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of cloud-based services.
20. Monitoring, provisioning, and scaling of resources.
21. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute cloud strategies that align with business goals.
22. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and implement strategies to drive efficiency.
23. Maintain documentation of cloud architecture, processes, and best practices.
24. Manage relationships with cloud service providers and vendors.
25. Lead or contribute to the planning and execution of migration projects to the cloud.
26. You will be responsible for researching, developing, and writing IT policies and procedures that align with our company\’s goals and objectives and the central bank standards. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather information, analyze data, and create comprehensive policy documents.
27. Submitting reports to the management.

1. bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (master’s degree preferred).
2. Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of infrastructure management, network administration, cybersecurity, database management, cloud computing technologies, etc.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and prioritize tasks.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
6. Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
7. Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
8. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing platforms or complex systems
9. In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and project management principles
10. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, APIs, databases, and IT infrastructure components
