Our Client a manufacturer of producing all electronic consumer goods locally with international standards.
 

Job Description:
 



  1. Supporting Technical/Functional in application or other manufacturing-related software & Hardware.
  2. Collaborate and work closely with production managers, engineers, and other team members in production Line.
  3. Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization and Production.
  4. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.
  5. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  6. Providing technical support across the company
  7. Manage, support and Install CCTV Systems
  8. Implement and install Complete Computer Systems and tools.
  9. Carry out Software and Hardware Technical Support Services.
  10. Provide Antivirus Software solutions and all necessary security systems.
  11. IT First line support activities (Help Desk).
  12. Installation of networks to ensure achieving goals.
  13. Help desk agent (solve daily issues for normal users (Internet, network share, printers, scanners, office application…).
  14. Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components.
  15. Establish, build & maintain the company’s’ data networks (Computer Network, network, Security systems network (Access control, Surveillance systems…).
  16. Install data network cables (computer & Security networks).
  17. Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs.
  18. Terminate and test UTP cables.
  19. Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  20. Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
  21. Supporting the roll-out of new applications.

 

Job Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. 
  • Good command English. 
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in computer and printer hardware.
  • Ability to follow technical procedures accurately.
  • Ability to work within industrial facilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Technical reporting skills.
  • CCNA & MSCE is preferred.
  • experience with CCTV Camera installation and implantation.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Understanding of diverse computer systems and network
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
