The Distribution specialistfor Radiometer is responsible forthe order flow from end-to-end is distributed in compliance with global and local regulations through efficiency processes and collaboration.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Ensure on-time delivery inbound flow by securing necessary documents related to customs and customer appointed clearing agent.
Monitor and coordinate all inbound shipments to warehouse. Review exceptions and deviations and manage accordingly.
Release orders to warehouse in coordination with Customer Service to secure customer satisfaction.
Plan, prepare and communicate customer shipment to warehouse.
Actively work with customer service and warehouse to reduce costbyconsolidating shipments.
Monitor outbound shipments and handle exceptions.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree from and University. Degree in subject area of Logistics, Supply Chain or Business management or related field is preferred.
Fluent in English and be able to communicate clearly both orally and in writing, and present technical information clearly and succinctly across a variety of communication settings and audience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain in a wide spectrum of Freight forwarding, Local and National warehousing, Distribution, Customs compliance, Customer service, 3PL management
Strong customs acumen – the ability to utilize fundamental concepts of customs to manage imports and provide relevant information for decision-making.
Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within Logistics and knowledge of other key business units, including Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory
Oracle or similar ERP technical competency within fulfillment and Inventory management and planning.
