Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess the EPCM contractor’s procurement plans, material requisitions, and procurement schedules.
- Coordinate the technical evaluation of vendor proposals, including bid tabulations (TBE), vendor selection processes, and commercial bid evaluations (CBE).
- Review and validate purchase orders (POs), vendor documentation, logistics strategies, and quality assurance processes.
- Participate in and coordinate factory acceptance tests (FATs), vendor inspections, and expediting activities.
- Support the management of long-lead items, equipment tracking, and resolution of vendor-related issues.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate integration of vendor data into project deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of key contracting principles, supported by relevant industry experience and exposure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams (where applicable).
- Expert knowledge of contract terms, principles, and the development and implementation of contracting policies.
- Solid awareness of corporate and project procedures, as well as client contract structures and policies.
- Experience within at least one of the following sectors: Mining, Oil & Gas, EPC, or EPCM environments.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
- Preference will be given to Saudi nationals.
