Job Description

Role Purpose

This important role will support the set-up and management of NEOMs Talent Academy. The role requires a dynamic and experienced Quality professional to manage quality frameworks and assurances across the Talent Academy and support the network of sectorial academies.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


Quality Management


  • Develop, manage and enhance the quality framework, ensuring it addresses key regulatory requirements while adopting practical and commercially viable approaches to developing quality learning.
  • Establish mechanisms for quality assurance and gather insights from quality related data and processes. Use these insights to make informed decisions and enable improvements in learning and/or training solutions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on establishing learning success and evaluation mechanisms, tools, and metrics.
  • Stay up to date with changes in regulatory frameworks and guidelines, advising stakeholders on any necessary actions.

Advisory Support


  • Support academies to develop and implement simple and effective quality management approaches that align with their business strategic goals and objectives.
  • Offer expert guidance to various academies regarding quality compliance matters, ensuring that everyone is well-informed and compliant with the vocational quality standards (local and international).
  • Foster positive relationships with funding bodies, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and collaborations.
  • Provide support to all accredited program design and delivery, working together with internal lines of business and external stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement


  • Promote and drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. Ensure that these efforts align closely with the organization's values and contribute to high-quality learner learning outcomes.
  • Oversee and monitor compliance-related activities and processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to your own professional development and developing others through sharing knowledge and best practice.

Knowledge management


  • Develop a comprehensive Knowledge Management strategy, define and set up the future content structure and hierarchy, tailored to re imagine the content needs of all streams within the Talent Academy.

Other Duties


  • The job holder may be required to perform additional job-related tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifitications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • Applied knowledge of auditing principles and proficiency in using MS Office Suite and compliance management software.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the VET Sector and relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines governing the vocational education and training industry
  • Demonstrated Knowledge Management and/or Knowledge Resource development and delivery experience.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Working with ambiguity and demonstrated agility to a dynamic working environment.
  • People leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding team members in quality and compliance best practice.
  • Public or private sector learning and development experience
  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree holder or higher
  • Minimum requirement Certifications from Vocational Institutions – eg.Cert IV and/or Diploma in Training and Assessment
  • Leadership and Management certifications
  • Diploma in Quality Auditing or other relevant postgraduate qualifications focused on the Vocational Education and Training sector.
