The General Job Function & Responsibly -Overall responsibility for shipment planning scheduling and timely report to management and Logistics companies. -Overall responsibility for participate in field-level planning formulation in the area of logistics. -Overall responsibility Participate in program planning and advising on logistics considerations. -Overall responsibility takes initiative in management improvement for the logistic function. -Manage logistics operations including all assets in order to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of shipments. -Overall responsibility for effective management, planning, scheduling, cost & delivering allocated work site. -Mean responsibility for duty exemption, look out for overall with our logistics service provider and with port customs authority. Major Duties /Tasks -Assist in obtaining necessary transportation permits for inbound and outbound shipments, as required facilitating timely movements. -Mean update report for duty exemption list overall incoming and outgoing. -Overall responsibility for Prepare report and update weekly/monthly logistics schedule to assure deliveries to locations. Coordinate with logistics services provider delivery schedules. -Ensures inventory accuracy by coordinating the inventories and goods system to system information with distribution centers to near real time monitoring of EDI processes as well as other manual inventory and adjustment processes. -Works with supervisor to effectively resolve inventory or order discrepancies that are outside of his control. -Monitoring of shipment from origin to destination site. -correspondence with origin suppliers and logistics company case by case bases. -Update and Maintain shipments record, will oversee and manage the logistics operations activities of the Project with regard to requirements of the program or project for premises (contracting, rehabilitating and maintaining), -Transportation, inventory, record keeping, POL issues accounting, movement of equipment and stores and disbursements
Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to identify potential problems before they occur. Proactive in preparation and uses initiative in response.
Ability to manage day to day interactions with contracted external service providers and analyse their performance.
Demonstrated capacity for self-organization.
Computer skills, including internet navigation, and various office applications.
Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, and establish harmonious and effective working relationships both within and outside the organization.
Applicant MUST be Fluent in English Plus of That the ability of speaking Arabic or Spanish is an advantage
Bachelor Degree on Business administration, Transport, Management or any related field
