Job Summary:
Function as a Machine operator for the GRE Liner.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:
Function as a Machine operator for the GRE Liner. Adhere to work instructions. Perform daily maintenance checks before start of the shift. Perform the job as stipulated per company procedures/work instruction etc. Verify through visual inspection that the pipes are suitable for coating. Perform necessary qualification test by the use quality control gauges to verify that the product meets the requirements. Inform the Coating Plant Superintendent / Supervisor/Leadman or his designee if any disturbance or irregularities in the production flow occurs. Records Daily Production Reports, Quality Assurance/Control Reports, and all necessary Reports regarding operation. Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures. Perform other duties that maybe assigned by the General Manager / Plant Manager or his designee.
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Highschool graduate or equivalent 1-2 years of related experience in similar work environment Team player Flexible Normal English command (Nationals) Training certificates are plus.
