POSITION SUMMARY:
To lead, direct and supervise the day-to-day repairs team, providing a comprehensive service to customer, defined quality standards and requirements. To achieve high levels of productivity, cost effectiveness and quality, ensuring maximum performance in accordance with the standards and policies of the company.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Directs the daily activities of the repair shops.
• Coordinates repair priorities with maintenance control personnel.
• Reviews workloads and allocates shop resources.
• Coordinates repair shop requirements for production analysis and rework and repair.
• Provides interface with material control and maintenance activities. SKILLS:
• Must have broad technical repair knowledge.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams or schematics.
• Strong oral and written communication skill.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or have equivalent experience.
• I 0 years' experience in electronic equipment maintenance and repair in a supervisory level.
