Job Description

Job Description Preventive maintenance optimization. Analyze performance data to identify and measure effectiveness of existing processes and recommend process improvement initiatives. Collect and analyze process data to initiate and identify opportunities for factory improvement areas aligned with the factory Specific Technology, Plan, objectives and goals. Acting upon received work requests. Installing and hooking up new equipment’s. Support and monitor factory equipment’s. Troubleshooting of faulty equipment. Perform electrical and/or mechanical repairs. Modification and upgrading the equipment when required. Analyze and report equipment performance, availability and reliability. Communicate with vendors when required. Requesting spare parts from vendors, suppliers when necessary. Follow – up non-closed work orders. Updating spare parts inventory. Closing completed work orders in the EAM. Develop and maintain the application (EAM), based on collected requirements and ensure adherence to best practices. Assist in identifying new or additional hardware/software technologies to fit specialized business needs and configurations of the application (EAM). Maintain records of all maintenance activities performed. Maintaining and organizing maintenance warehouse. Monitor the system in proactive manner and foresee any possible issues along with proposing solution Ordering maintenance tools, when necessary. Follow safety regulations. Ensure all support incidents and their resolutions are well documented in NAS. Perform other related duties as may be assigned. Job Requirements Bachelor in Engineering or Applied Science.
