Management Consultant - Manager Level - (Saudi Nationals - 1 year engagement)

Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Project Duration: 1 year, subject to extension. 
Years of experience: 4-5 years.
Nationalities: Saudi Nationals. 
Language Requirements: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
 

We are currently recruiting for a Management Consultant - Manager Level to join our partner company's team for a 1-year project in Riyadh, KSA. This role focuses on delivering advisory services to a strategic government entity.

Role Overview: As a key team member, the Manager will develop relationships with client team members. This role demands self-management—efficiently allocating time, learning new skills, and maintaining project timelines and budgets within their control. The Manager may also oversee others on the project.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Understand and analyze client or external data, presenting findings to the project team.
• Client Needs: Support senior team members in articulating client needs clearly.
• Solution Design: Participate in designing solutions to address client issues.
• Independent Research: Conduct independent data gathering activities.
• Research Tools: Design qualitative and quantitative research tools.
• Studies and Analysis: Prepare studies and analyses in line with global and local best practices.
• Project Proposals: Propose initiatives, develop specialized plans, and define project scopes to meet client objectives.
• Strategic Objectives: Formulate and measure strategic objectives, KPIs, and targets.
• Implementation Monitoring: Monitor the implementation of initiatives and document achievements.
• Risk Assessment: Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize any negative effects on projects.

Key Requirements:

• Nationality: Saudi
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution.
• Experience: Relevant consulting experience, preferably in strategy consulting or a multi-client consulting environment.
• Technical Skills: Excellent MS Office skills.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
• Framework Familiarity: Familiarity with the Kaplan/Norton framework and/or other performance management methodologies is highly desirable.
