Job Purpose:



To lead the operational planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of micromobility services across the organization’s properties. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of buggy, e-bike, and other micromobility solutions, supporting the wider Mobility strategy. The position holds accountability for service delivery, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and operational efficiency in a 24/7 environment.




Job Responsibilities:




Service Operations Leadership



  • Manage daily micromobility operations across multiple service types and locations.
  • Ensure service continuity, timely asset availability and operational resilience.
  • Support integration of new modes (e.g., e-bikes, scooters) as part of service expansion.

Team and Resource Management



  • Lead supervisory staff, operators, and support teams across the micromobility network.
  • Set clear expectations and performance standards aligned with safety and customer service.
  • Oversee training, onboarding, and staff scheduling to meet service requirements.

Performance and Compliance Oversight



  • Ensure all services operate within regulatory, safety and policy frameworks.
  • Monitor service metrics and deliver improvement plans to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Implement incident management protocols and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Stakeholder Engagement



  • Act as the key point of contact for operational queries, escalations, and service coordination.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments including Land Operations, TOCC, Maintenance and Projects.
  • Liaise with vendors and partners to support service delivery and infrastructure readiness.

Planning & Development



  • Support service expansion through structured operational plans and asset deployment strategies.
  • Drive forward innovation and technology adoption within micromobility operations.
  • Assist in the development of SOPs, risk assessments and operational documentation.

Reporting and Communication



  • Provide regular operational updates, service performance reports, and improvement proposals.
  • Ensure consistent communication across teams and with leadership.

Job Requirements:



  • Experience in operations or transport leadership, preferably within micromobility or fleet services.
  • Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and resolve challenges quickly.
  • Operational mindset with the ability to lead services at both strategic and frontline levels.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a commitment to service excellence.
