Role Purpose:


We are seeking a Head of Marketing and Communication who embodies NEOM’s values of entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability. This role is pivotal in shaping and conveying NIO’s narrative, ensuring our ambitious mission is understood and embraced globally by audiences in the financial markets and the wider public. The ideal candidate will lead our communication strategies, enhancing NIO's visibility and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to support NEOM’s vision.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to increase brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop communication Strategic: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with NIO’s objectives, enhancing its position within the investment community and supporting NEOM’s overall vision.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the management of NIO’s brand identity, ensuring consistency and high standards across all communication channels and materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, email marketing, social media strategy, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Content Development: Lead content creation efforts, including the development of compelling story, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets to engage and inform our target audience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including NEOM’s departments, investors, and the public, to support collaborative efforts and project success.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Investor Communications: Develop and maintain robust investor relations programs to ensure clear, consistent communication with current and potential investors, fostering trust and transparency.
  • Internal Communication: Foster a culture of transparency and engagement through effective internal communication, ensuring all team members are aligned with NIO’s goals and updates.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the marketing and communication team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
  • Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communication efforts, regularly analyzing data to optimize performance.
  • Crisis Communication: Prepare and execute crisis communication plans, managing sensitive information with discretion and strategic foresight.

Knowledge & Expereince:


  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop strategic communication plans that align with organizational objectives and convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate NIO’s vision and values compellingly.
  • Media Savvy: Strong understanding of media landscape and experience managing press relations, with proven ability to navigate media inquiries and opportunities.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading a communication team, with a focus on mentoring and professional development.
  • Adaptable & Proactive: Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in communication or public relations, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the investment or financial sector is highly advantageous.
