Job Context: Asthe Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the products/services, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong grasp of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and sales support tools.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives within budget and timeline constraints.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing management, with a minimum of 5- 10 in the Same role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
