MEP Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience, specifically in landscape projects. As an MEP Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in landscape projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in MEP systems and a proven track record of successful project delivery in the landscape industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for landscape projects.
2. Coordinate with landscape architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall landscape design.
3. Prepare and review project specifications, cost estimates, and schedules for MEP systems in landscape projects.
4. Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems in landscape projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
5. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure the proper functioning and performance of MEP systems in landscape projects.
6. Provide technical support and assistance to project teams, contractors, and clients in landscape projects.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MEP systems for landscape projects, and incorporate them into project designs and specifications.
8. Manage and supervise a team of MEP technicians and contractors working on landscape projects.
9. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of landscape projects.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on landscape projects.
3. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations in the landscape industry.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software for landscape projects.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in the landscape industry.
