We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Modeler with strong experience in Elevator/Lift systems for large-scale building and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing detailed BIM models for MEP services, with special focus on elevator and vertical transportation systems using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of MEP coordination, BIM standards, clash detection, and integration of elevator systems with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Elevator systems using Revit MEP.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings, sections, schedules, and installation details.
• Coordinate elevator systems with architectural, structural, and MEP services to ensure clash-free models.
• Model elevator shafts, machine rooms, pits, guide rails, escalators, and associated MEP requirements.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and resolve design conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with elevator suppliers, consultants, and project teams for model updates and technical submissions.
• Generate as-built models and update drawings based on site conditions.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and technical discussions.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models.
• Support engineers and site teams with technical coordination during construction stages.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an MEP Modeler/BIM Modeler.
• Mandatory experience in Elevator/Lift systems modeling and coordination.
• Strong experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, hospital, airport, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in:
  • Autodesk Revit MEP
  • Navisworks
  • AutoCAD
  • BIM 360 / ACC (preferred)
• Strong understanding of elevator system requirements and coordination with MEP services.
• Experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Knowledge of Saudi/GCC construction standards and BIM practices is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with international BIM standards and LOD 300–500.
• Knowledge of escalator and moving walk systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with IFC workflows and BIM execution plans (BEP).
• Previous GCC/Saudi Arabia project experience preferred.
