National Fleet Manager

Retailo Technologies is seeking a dedicated and experienced National Fleet Manager to oversee the management and optimization of the company's entire fleet of vehicles. The National Fleet Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Fleet Management:

• Manage and oversee Retailo's entire fleet of vehicles, including trucks, vans, and delivery vehicles.
  

  
  

• Ensure the fleet is well-maintained, safe, and in optimal working condition at all times.
  

  
  

• Implement efficient route planning and tracking systems to maximize delivery efficiency.
  

  
  

2- Safety and Compliance:

• Uphold and enforce safety and regulatory standards for all fleet operations.
  

  
  

• Conduct regular safety training for drivers and other fleet personnel.
  

  
  

• Ensure all vehicles are compliant with legal requirements and perform regular safety 
  

  
  

checks.

3- Maintenance and Repairs:

• Schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, including routine service and unexpected repairs.
  

  
  

• Work with maintenance teams and external service providers to keep the fleet in excellent condition.
  

  
  

• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize breakdowns.
  

  
  

4- Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor the performance of the fleet, including on-time delivery rates and fuel efficiency.
  

  
  

• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  

  
  

• Report on fleet performance to senior management.
  

  
  

5- Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the fleet budget, including expenses related to fuel, maintenance, and vehicle acquisition.
  

  
  

• Identify cost-saving measures without compromising safety and quality.
  

  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  

  
  

• Proven experience in fleet management, ideally in the logistics or transportation sector.
  

  
  

• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations for fleet operations.
  

  
  

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
  

  
  

• Problem-solving ability and a focus on continuous improvement.
  

  
  

• Proficiency in fleet management software and tools.
  

  
  

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position, and the National Fleet Manager will report directly to the National Operations Manager.
