Job Title:                           Neighborhoods Facilities Manager – Managing Agent


Project Name:                 Facilities Management Office (Operation and Maintenance) for Green Riyadh Program (FMO)


Reports To:                       FM Director, Riyad Green, RCRC

Knowledge and Experience


The FMO will drive the implementation and management of all the FM and O&M projects of Riyadh Green of which the Neighborhoods Facilities Manager will be responsible Adept at developing policies and procedures necessary to ensure Landscaping and Irrigation services are adequately maintained. Experienced in the delivery, management, and supervision of a full range of FM Services in particular Landscaping and Irrigation services. Good working knowledge of technical matters.


Skilled at identifying critical plant and services and developing a response and contingency plans for failure events.


Major Activities:


  • Manages activities targeted to enhance the work environment and comfort of facility users.
  • Manage, supervise, and coordinate the work of Subcontractors.
  • Ensure the delivery of contractual hard and soft services as per service level agreement and safety standards and that all related KPI’s are met.
  • Identify and implement energy and water reduction strategies.
  • Plan and manage the execution of business events and workshops.
  • Manage all aspects of risk management and environmental compliance.
  • Manage communication and build relationships with tenant occupants and clients.
  • Ensure that buildings meet the health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislative requirements.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure successful delivery of the services.

Qualification & Requirements:


  • BSc+ Over 7 years’ experience;
  • MSc+ Over 3 years’ experience;
  • Degree shall be from a Recognized University
  • Required: Read, Write and converse in English with clear natural sound. Beneficial spoken Arabic
  • Knowledge of Hard and Soft Services Management
  • Knowledge of QHSE and legislative requirements
  • Knowledge of sustainability
  • LEED knowledge is an advantage
