JOB REQUIRMENTS:
- Minimum of two years of experience working with voice systems.
- Strong understanding of network administration and troubleshooting principles.
- Proven experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) systems, including (but not limited to) Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), and Voice
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Collaboration certification.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise certification.
