Operations Manager - Sanitaryware and lighting Industry

One of the leading Saudi companies in the Sanitary ware and lighting industry. It strives to supply and sell a variety of products that cater to local and regional markets at competitive prices.
Job Context: As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the company's operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing various operational functions, including production, supply chain management, logistics, and facilities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a proven track record of operational success, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
• Led and mentored a team of operational staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to drive performance and achieve operational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and engineering, to align operational activities with company goals and objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards to maintain a safe and secure working environment.

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  
• Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 10-15 of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on data-driven solutions.
• Solid understanding of operational principles, processes, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
