Performance Management Consultant

Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Project Duration: 3 months, subject to extension. 
Years of experience: 10+ years of experience with a proven experience in management consulting.
Language Requirements: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
We're hiring a seasoned Performance Management Specialist with over a decade of consulting experience in Riyadh. This role requires expertise in implementing performance strategies like OKRs and KPIs, aligning metrics with organizational goals, and collaborating effectively. The position offers a chance to drive impactful change, with potential for extension based on performance and business requirements.
 

Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee performance management strategies, including cascading OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Serve as a technical expert in KPI management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide subject matter expertise in KPI cascading, ensuring effective implementation throughout the organization.
• Demonstrate familiarity with Vision 2030 and its implications for organizational performance.
• Utilize consulting background and expertise to enhance performance management practices.
• Draw on experience from reputable firms such as Kearney and Oliver Wyman to bring best practices to the role.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and optimize performance outcomes.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Riyadh with a strong consulting background.
• Proven expertise in performance management methodologies, including OKRs and KPIs.
• Demonstrated experience in KPI cascading and aligning performance metrics with organizational objectives.
• Familiarity with Vision 2030 and its implications for business strategy and performance.
• Previous experience working with reputable consulting firms such as Kearney and Oliver Wyman is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• More than 10 years of experience with international entities in a similar scope of work.
• Experience working on international indicators like EGDI, E-participation, and others.
• Experience in the consulting industry.
• Experience in the public sector.
• Monitoring and evaluation expertise.
