Job Description
Manage all the process and activities related to Private Label prodcut development, coordinates different functions in company and develop relationship with existing and sources for new vendors by ensuring that Private Label products reach targeted profitability and sales. Within related categories assures that all acitvites are in line with Private Label Strategy.
Accountabilities
Private Label:
- Manage and develop overall Private Label projects within categories by collaborating with the internal and external stakeholders in order to fulfill the business plan Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and timelines.
- Manage the implementation of the Private Label projects through the coordination with the concerned stakeholders to ensure that all the projects are in line with Private Label Strategy.
- Follow up on Private Label achievement through preparation of presentations (Commercial, PB Committee...etc) to ensure proper tracking of the business plan.
- Source new Private Label vendors through visiting specialized global fairs, travelling to audit vendor facilities, on line sourcing…etc to ensure best manufacturer for the future products.
- Maintain the relationship with the vendors including handling the negotiating process, defining commercial and logistics agreements, ensuring that products meet quality standards at all times, keeping up with legal requirements, contracts management…etc to ensure best value to Nahdi and compliance with the Private Label strategy.
- Ensure the compliance of the products life cycle through the collaboration with the concerned departments (supply chain, marketing, commercial…etc) in order to achieve the sales and profitability objectives of related Private Label products.
- Propose new annual product development plan by following the local and global market trends and analyzing the category gaps in order to be presented to the Private Label committee.
- Follow up with Saudi Food and Drugs Authority (SFDA) and another KSA legal regulation to ensure that the Private Label products are aligned with all the legal requirements.
- Work closely with external Quality Assurance (QA) partners to ensure that Private Label products meet required quality level throughout lifecycle.
Cost Benefit Analysis:
- Conduct cost benefit analysis pre and after product launch through identification of the risks, definition of market positioning, and setting quality standards for the product to ensure that products meet the targeted financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Vendors Selection
- Conduct and lead buying tenders in front of Nahdi Medical Company (NMC) by following the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) procedures to ensure the efficiency of the vendors’ selection process.
Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

- Working Hours : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour break)
Job Requirement
Education
Experience
- Min 5 Years of Experience in Retail – preferred PL or CM background
- Experience of doing business with international vendors
- FMCG product development experience
