Presales Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise:

3. Solution Design:
   • Design and architect Cisco solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.
   • Develop detailed technical proposals, including diagrams, configurations, and pricing.
4. Customer Engagement:
   • Engage with customers to address technical inquiries, provide product information, and offer technical support during the sales cycle.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders.
5. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and support, to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing.
6. Training and Development:
   • Provide training to sales teams and customers on Cisco technology and solutions.
   • Stay up-to-date with Cisco certifications and encourage continuous learning within the team.
