Job Description

Responsibilities

·Ensuring the coordination, communication, and execution of projects.


·Defining project goals, developing project plans, managing budget and resources, tracking project progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


·Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.


·Evaluating project risks, managing project stakeholder expectations, and providing regular reports on project status to senior leadership.


·Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.


·Create and implement processes to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.


·Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.


·Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create sales materials and campaigns.


·Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.


·Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure goals are met.


·Motivate sales team and boost morale through incentives, recognition, and other tactics.


·Plan and coordinate trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.


·Develop ongoing training and development programs for sales staff.


Requirements:

·Proven track record of successful sales project management and optimization


·Excellent leadership and communication skills


·Knowledge of sales strategies, Distribution, techniques, and processes


·Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as experience working with project management tools and methodologies.


·Knowledge of Aviation/ Airline industry


·Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities


·Strong organizational and problem-solving skills


·Proficiency in using MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI is a plus.


·Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean can be advantageous.


·Experience with project management software like Microsoft Project, JIRA, WAVE, or Trello is often beneficial for efficiently managing project plans, resources, and timelines.


·An understanding of risk management principles, budgeting, and resource allocation is also valuable for handling the complexities of project execution within an organization.


Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Public Administration/ Marketing/ Industrial Engineering / Digital Marketing / IT related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75 out of 4 / 3.75 out of 5 or equivalent.
Required English Level:
  • Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with a minimum score of 72.
  • The issuance date of the test MUST not exceed Three years from the application date.
  • Other English Tests will not be accepted.
  • The test is MANDATORY for all candidates including Out of the kingdom graduate.
  • If the applicant did not take the STEP test yet, the applicant may complete his application and then update the STEP score in the job application once he has taken the test. (If the requisition is still posted on the website)

  • CV/Resume. 
  • Valid Saudi National ID for at least 6 months. 
  • Official Education degree showing the overall average/GPA  (If obtained out of the Kingdom, you must attach the accreditation letter from Saudi Ministry of Education). 
  • Official Transcript.
  • Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with the minimum score of 72.
