Job Description
  • Defining/determine project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
  • Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to management and key stakeholders.
  • Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Support other team members as and when required.
  • Represent the company on internal and external committees/organizations.
  • Additional may be given as needed and when needed.
  • Flexibility to accommodate after-hours commitments as needed.
  • Willingness to work on weekends when necessary.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual Arabic / English
  • The ability to lead a small team and manage a program from soup to nuts – project/program management, client-facing experience, and event planning experience are ideal.
  • Able to oversee and lead operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to produce exceptional results with limited resources.
  • Capable of multitasking, able to prioritize workflow and manage multiple projects with minimal to moderate direction
  • Passion for social innovation, entrepreneurship.
  • Ability to quickly ‘get up the curve’ on various business models and industries, and provide ‘value-add’ advice.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate, build, and maintain strong working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills (goal-setting, organization, and implementation)
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional attention to details.
  • Open to feedback and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to speak confidently in settings ranging from large group events to meetings with others.
  • Enough technical chops to understand and work with everything.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Efficient, resilient, and flexible.
