Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned retail projects
Prepare detailed reports documenting retail project progress, costs, and outcomes
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes accordingly
Stay up-to-date of retail industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with team members as appropriate
Schedule management :
Work with clients to scope out project requirements and objectives, developing detailed project plans accordingly
Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing status updates to clients and upper management as needed
Budget management :
Oversee day-to-day project operations ensuring that projects remain on track and within budget
Vendor / Supplier management :
Manage a team of retail professionals, supplier, partners to assign tasks and responsibilities
Mining and Liaising with third-party vendors as needed to secure materials or services required for project completion
Quality management :
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with progress made on their project
Perform quality assurance checks on completed projects before delivering them to clients
· Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, design, project management, or related field
· 4~6 years experience in retail management with at least 3 years in a project management role
· Proven track record of successful project management from start to finish
· Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
· Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) systems
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
· Saudi national preferable, or an Arabic speaker based in KSA.
