Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage high-rise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budget constraints, and timeline milestones.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established baselines to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
5. Manage project resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
6. Identify and address project delays, cost overruns, and scope changes in a timely manner, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
7. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues, and solicit feedback and input as needed.
8. Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management and key stakeholders to provide visibility into project performance and metrics.
9. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability among project team members, and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities.
10. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience working as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on high-rise buildings in Saudi Arabia.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale high-rise construction projects from conception to completion.
4. In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building materials, and structural systems used in high-rise construction.
5. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, with certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
7. Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
10. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
