JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a specialization in Design to join their team. As a Project Manager - Design, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the design aspects of various projects. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that project designs meet the highest quality standards and adhere to project requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage the design process of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to project requirements and timelines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop and review project designs. Ensure compliance with local and international design standards and regulations. Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications. Resolve design-related issues and provide technical guidance as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to integrate design considerations into the overall project plan. Monitor design progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in design management within the construction industry. Extensive knowledge of design principles, standards, and regulations. Proficient in design software and tools. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Saudi nationals are preferred.
