Responsibilities

Manage the design phase of hotel projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop project plans and specifications. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Review and approve design documentation, including drawings and technical specifications. Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and provide innovative solutions. Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and change requests. Coordinate with construction teams to ensure seamless transition from design to construction phase. Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in design management for hotels or related projects. Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and regulations. Proficient in industry-standard design software and tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
