The Projects Analyst in the HR Projects Team is responsible for providing analytical support to the Head of HR Projects. The role involves assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of HR projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives. Provide analytical support to the Head of HR Projects in the form of data collection, analysis, and reporting. Participate in project planning, including the development of project scopes and objectives. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goals. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. Use and continually develop leadership skills. Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency. Perform other related duties as assigned. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
