Job Description

The main objective of the role is to monitor the on-Site Project Engineer QAQC on behalf of the Client and ensure the Contractor is delivering his works to the highest quality standards.  The Project is expected to last for at least another two years
 
Requirements
•    Degree qualified: Bachelor Degree or equivalent
•    7-10 years of experience and preferably similar to this Role.
•    Professional Membership an advantage.
•    Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large Projects
•    Capable of reviewing existing operations within an Engineering Organization through all the Project Phases and understanding of QAQC Processes and Procedures in both Office and Site.
•    Good Team player
•    Flexible and willing to help Colleagues on documentation outside own Discipline.
•    Effective in building good working relationships within the Projects, with Clients and Colleagues. 
 


Responsibilities
•    Implementation of QA/QC policies and procedures
•    Assist in Audits for ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and recommend the necessary corrective actions and measures within own Discipline.
•    Monitor policies and procedures and report any areas where improvement is required
•    Assist the Clients Engineer in reviewing the Contractor’s Quality Plan and produce recommendations
•    Ensure timely and effective resolution for QA or QC issues and Reporting, in coordination with the Project Director
