Overview: As a Sales Executive specializing in Less than Container Load (LCL) Imports, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Riyadh, KSA, by targeting and acquiring clients within the LCL import sector. Your primary focus will be on achieving and surpassing sales targets set by the company. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the logistics and shipping industry.
RequirementsResponsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company, aiming to generate revenue equivalent to four times the gross salary.
- Identify and pursue opportunities within the LCL import market to maximize sales potential and market penetration.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Prospect, qualify, and onboard new clients in the LCL import sector, building and maintaining strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and expand the customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and market trends to drive business growth and profitability.
- Identify key market segments, trends, and competitive landscapes to capitalize on emerging opportunities and gain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop innovative sales initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales metrics, including but not limited to sales volume, revenue, and profit margins, to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, providing insights, recommendations, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
- Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
